PM service contracts outline an agreed-upon schedule for which a Parameter service tech or approved service contractor will come to your facility to perform PM procedures on your equipment.

*For Customers that have critical products utilizing the Conditioner, PGC highly recommends that Spare Part List is bought, and held at the Customer’s site.
*PGC cannot guarantee that inventory will be available for any of the parts at any given time due to Global Supply Chain constraints and overall production demands.
What Are PM Service Contracts?
PM service contracts outline an agreed upon schedule for which a Parameter service tech or approved service contractor will come to your facility to perform PM procedures on your equipment. PM service may be scheduled on either an annual, semiannual, or quarterly basis.
Why Is It Important to Maintain a Regular PM Schedule?
Parameter equipment is built to your exact specifications and generally does not require much maintenance. However, as with all capital equipment, periodic maintenance will maximize the life of your unit. Getting regular preventative maintenance helps ensure your unit remains in spec and running efficiently, and can help nip potential problems in the bud before they become bigger issues.
What Does PM Service Include?
A typical Parameter PM visit includes the following services:
- Inspecting all electrical hook-ups and connections
- Verifying that all internal components are functioning properly
- Verifying that all safety devices are functioning properly
- Cleaning the spray chamber and sump
- Cleaning the evaporator and condensing coils
- Replacing all consumable parts, such as air filters, water filters, UV bulbs, and sensor calibrations
- Proactive diagnosis of impeding parts failures.
What Are My Calibration Options?
To ensure proper chamber operation, your temperature and RH transmitter should be re-calibrated annually. This is vital for ensuring your unit stays within range. Parameter offers our standard exchange calibration. Specialty calibration requests will incur additional charges.
