CLAY HILE
President
Clay Hile, son of Parameter’s co-founder Jack Hile, has been in the business of precise humidity control for more than 32 years. After earning a degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Hile joined Parameter and has been the company’s president for the last 29 years. He has been closely involved in the design, engineering and marketing of new Parameter systems to provide tighter control characteristics to industries that include semiconductor, pharmaceutical, electronic, pulp and paper, and calibration. In 2007, Hile and other investors launched Precision Stability Storage, LLC, in a strategic alliance partnership with Parameter to provide offsite storage space for highly regulated industries that require specific conditions. Away from work, Hile enjoys spending time with his wife and family. He also likes to play tennis, hike and travel.
GEOFFREY COOK
Operations Manager
Geoffrey Cook has been a Parameter team member since moving to Asheville in the spring of 2016. His primary role is developing the service/maintenance department at Parameter to give our customers unsurpassed service. Geoffrey studied geology and engineering at the University of Tennessee and has taken several courses in management training, visual workplace, and 5S practices, a Japanese workplace organizational method. He is currently studying business at Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College. Prior to coming to Parameter, Geoffrey served as manager at several restaurants.
John Anderson
Chief Financial Officer
John Anderson is the chief financial officer of Parameter Generation & Control. John has served in a fractional CFO and COO capacity for more than 25 years, with a proven track record for evaluating complex corporate situations, as well as developing and implementing strategies to improve bottom-line performance.
BARRY WILSON
Electrical Engineer
Born and raised in rural southwest Virginia, Barry Wilson has been with Parameter since 1984. He started out in Parameter’s stock room and performed various other jobs before receiving his Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics Engineering from Western Carolina University in 1995. Barry has been Parameter’s electrical engineer since 2000, ensuring that our products are precisely engineered to serve our customers’ needs.
ADAM BREAKEY
Sales Project Coordinator
In 2013, Adam Breakey relocated from Charleston, SC to begin working with Parameter. But, as the grandson of founder Jack Hile, he’s been loyal to the company for his entire life. Adam has extensive experience in the service industry and applies that expertise to his current role as Sales Project Coordinator. In this role, he communicates directly with PGC customers to ensure that they have the best experience possible. He’s even traveled abroad to China, Mexico, and Australia in order to best serve customers’ needs. In his free time, Adam enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling and exploring the local breweries and restaurants available in the area.
Stefan Cazzonelli
Sales and Marketing Manager
Stefan Cazzonelli has been a valuable member of the Parameter team since 2015, and in 2017, he was named sales and marketing manager. Cazzonelli works directly with clients to understand their temperature and humidity control needs and to offer them energy-efficient and cost-effective solutions most appropriate for their circumstances. Originally from Germany, Cazzonelli came to the United States as an exchange student in 2008 with the goals of learning English and experiencing a different culture. He graduated from Montreat College in 2015 with a bachelor’s of science degree in business administration, and concentrations in international business, management and sports management, and he now calls Black Mountain, N.C, home.
Cindy Hile
HR Manager
Cindy Hile has been involved with Parameter Generation & Control for 22 years. After earning a degree in social work and substance abuse, Hile worked in the mental health field for 10 years. In 1995, she joined Parameter to serve as human resource manager and has helped the company double its number of employees in the past 22 years. She and her husband have three children, with their youngest entering college in the fall. In her spare time, Hile enjoys playing tennis, hiking and traveling with her family.
