Stefan Cazzonelli
Chief Executive Officer
Stefan Cazzonelli, who has been a key member of the Parameter team since 2015, has recently stepped into the role of CEO. His journey with the company began as Sales and Marketing Manager in 2017, where he worked closely with clients to understand their temperature and humidity control needs and deliver energy-efficient, cost-effective solutions tailored to their requirements.
As CEO, Stefan is set to lead Parameter into its next chapter of growth and innovation, driving the company forward with a renewed vision.
Originally from Germany, Stefan moved to the United States as an exchange student in 2008 with the aim of learning English and experiencing a new culture. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Montreat College in 2015, with concentrations in International Business, Management, and Sports Management. Stefan now calls Black Mountain, N.C. home.
GEOFFREY COOK
Chief Operating Officer
Geoffrey Cook has been a key Parameter team member since moving to Asheville in spring 2016. His journey with the company began in the test department, followed by roles in service support and then four years leading and expanding the service department. After a year as Operations Manager, Geoffrey has stepped into the role of Chief Operating Officer.
Geoffrey holds a background in Geology and Engineering from the University of Tennessee and has pursued additional studies in Electrical Circuit Analysis, Programming, Philosophy, and Business Management. As COO, Geoffrey is dedicated to driving the lean evolution at Parameter, ensuring that product quality remains exceptional as the company grows, enhances, and innovates.
ADAM BREAKEY
Facilities & IT Manager
In 2013, Adam Breakey moved from Charleston, SC to join Parameter Generation & Control, marking the start of his formal role with the company. As the grandson of founder Jack Hile, Adam’s connection to Parameter runs deep, and his commitment to the company has been a lifelong one.
Adam brings extensive experience from the service industry to his current role as Facilities Manager. In this position, he oversees and maintains the facilities to ensure they operate smoothly and efficiently. His background in customer service also plays a crucial role in managing facilities to provide the best possible experience for Parameter’s clients.
Outside of work, Adam enjoys outdoor activities, traveling, and exploring the local breweries and restaurants in the area with his wife.
Cindy Hile
HR Manager
With 30 years of dedicated service at Parameter Generation & Control, Cindy Hile brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role as HR Director. Cindy began her career with a background in social work and substance abuse, working in the mental health field for a decade before transitioning to human resources in 1995. Since joining Parameter, she has played a pivotal role in the company’s growth, contributing to a remarkable doubling of the workforce over her tenure.
Outside of work, Cindy enjoys an active lifestyle, indulging in tennis, hiking, and traveling with her family. She and her husband are proud parents of three children, with their youngest embarking on a new chapter in college this fall.
Jeremy Jackson
Service Manager
With over 15 years of management experience within the Federal Government, Jeremy brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to his role as Parameter’s Service Manager. His career includes significant roles with the United States Army and the United States Postal Service, where he has honed his skills in strategic management, operational efficiency, and team leadership.
Jeremy’s professional journey began with 8 years of service in the United States Army, during which he completed two combat tours to Afghanistan and Iraq. This rigorous experience instilled in him core values such as discipline, respect, and leadership—principles that continue to guide his professional approach and personal philosophy.
Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys spending quality time with his wife and daughter. He is passionate about reading, gaming, and exploring the insights of motivational speakers, continually seeking personal growth and inspiration.
Spencer Caming
Quality Manager
Spencer joined Parameter Generation & Control in 2015 as a fabricator. Over the years, he has expanded his expertise to include sheet metal fabrication, refrigeration, assembly, wiring, welding, and quality assurance, developing a broad and diverse skill set.
In 2023, Spencer assumed the role of Quality Manager at Parameter, where he established a cross-departmental Quality Control (QC) committee. This initiative has enhanced quality standards through continuous monitoring and improvement. QC checks are now integrated throughout production and reviewed post-production, driving significant advancements in product quality and process efficiency.
Outside of work, Spencer enjoys off-road camping, hiking, and scenic parkway drives, fully embracing the natural beauty and adventure of Western North Carolina.
Mike Bromer
Sales Manager
Mike Bromer joined Parameter Generation & Control in 2023 as Sales Manager. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Champlain College in Burlington, VT, and offers a multifaceted background encompassing customer service, the restaurant industry, the beer sector, and retail. This diverse experience provides him with a unique perspective and a comprehensive skill set to best serve client’s needs.
Outside of his professional role, Mike is an avid reader of non-fiction and history, enjoys outdoor activities such as disc golf and hiking, and has a keen interest in board games and live music.
