Sensor Calibration Exchange Program offers substantial savings for customers
To ensure proper chamber operation, your temperature and RH transmitter should be re-calibrated annually. Parameter offers an innovative sensor exchange program, which allows customers to send their digital transmitters to Parameter for off-site calibration services. This innovative program provides customers with:
- Substantial savings over typical on-site calibrations
- Minimal disruption in chamber operation
- Superior calibration.

Annual Service and Applications seminar offers customers free training and information
Parameter customers (and potential customers) are invited to our annual service and applications seminar. This unique weekend event, held near our headquarters in Black Mountain, North Carolina, gives our customers a chance to learn more about our approach to relative humidity and temperature control, calibration techniques, the use of RH sensors and the Smart Pad, troubleshooting and maintenance, among other topics.
