Location: Remote – Northeast US
Job Summary: Parameter is seeking a highly motivated Northeast Regional Sales Specialist to support and drive sales for Key Accounts and Direct Customer Accounts in the assigned territory. This role involves cultivating and maintaining strong customer relationships, expanding market opportunities, and meeting all sales reporting, budgeting, and forecasting requirements.nd regulatory standards.
Reporting Structure: This position reports to the Sales Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Experience in marketing, advertising, or business administration is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficient in computer applications.
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in sales or a related field.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service.
Sales Prospecting & Market Expansion:
- Identify, prospect, and engage with potential customers in new and existing market segments.
- Work with the leadership team to assess market share and develop strategies for growth.
Product Knowledge & Market Solutions:
- Conduct competitive analysis and provide market-specific solutions to customers.
- Demonstrate a strong technical understanding of products to meet customer needs.
Field Promotions & Trade Shows:
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to enhance brand awareness.
- Organize and attend product demos and promotional events.
Sales Management & Reporting:
- Manage weekly and monthly sales activities to generate and close regional sales opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver formal presentations for key accounts and customers.
Administrative Duties & Special Projects:
- Complete administrative tasks as required.
- Participate in special projects as assigned.
Travel Requirements:
- 50-60% of the work week will involve domestic travel within the assigned region.
Team Collaboration:
- Work effectively with internal teams to support customer needs and business objectives.
Other Skills/Abilities:
- Experience with SALESFORCE is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
Location: Black Mountain, NC
Job Summary: The Junior Accountant will be responsible for maintaining the books of Parameter Generation & Control, Inc., ensuring that all accounts and funds are properly balanced. Key responsibilities include managing Accounts Receivable (A/R), Accounts Payable (A/P), payroll, and collections, as well as handling related correspondence with vendors and customers.
Reporting Structure:Reports to Controller
Qualifications:
- At least a two-year Associate’s degree in Accounting or Bookkeeping from an accredited technical college, or equivalent education and experience.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably as a Junior Accountant.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets (Excel); experience with Global Shop is preferred.
- Knowledge of cost accounting for manufacturing.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to stay focused and efficiently structure workload.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret financial information.
Essential Functions:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date books and records for the company, including managing cash flow in and out of the organization.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies and regulations regarding accounts receivable and payable.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Post journal entries and make adjustments as needed to correct errors.
- Establish and maintain accounts payable files, including vendor records, invoice verification, and check processing.
- Process payroll, including timecard data entry, cost accounting, taxes, and related forms and reports.
- Maintain accounts receivable files, generate invoices, process customer checks, and follow up on past-due invoices.
