ISO 9001: 2015 certification — as defined by the International Organization for Standardization (IS0) — reflects a global indicator of operational excellence. In becoming ISO 9001: 2015 certified, a company demonstrates that it has formal and effective quality-related procedures in place for all processes, and that it pursues continuous quality improvement within all operations.

“This effort reflects Parameter’s deep commitment to delivering safe, reliable and high-quality products and services to our partners,” Cazzonelli said. “Continuous quality improvement has been a core value for Parameter since our beginning. I am confident we will secure this certification, which can serve as yet another differentiator for us in the marketplace.”

ISO is an independent, non-governmental international organization with a membership of 162 national standards bodies. Through its members, ISO brings together experts to share knowledge and develop voluntary, consensus-based and market-relevant International Standards that support innovation and provide solutions to global challenges.

Because ISO does not directly provide certification or conformity assessment, Parameter has elected to work with Perry Johnson Registrars Inc. in securing ISO 9001: 2015 certification.

As an accredited third-party certification body, Perry Johnson Registrars will verify that ISO 9001: 2015 requirements are met via a strict auditing process. Upon receiving certification, a company agrees to maintain systems in conformance with ISO’s requirements for continuous improvement.

The involvement of a third-party certification body ensures that the certification process is impartial and without conflicts of interest.
