Parameter Generation and Control Responds to Hurricane Helene

Parameter Generation And Control Manufacturing Facility From Above

Parameter Generation And Control’s Manufacturing Facility Located In Black Mountain, N.C.

Parameter Generation and Control would like to address the impact of Hurricane Helene on our operations and our community. The safety and well-being of our employees is our top priority, and we are grateful to report that all team members are safe. However, many have temporarily left the Western North Carolina area as a precaution until power and water services are fully restored.

We are also relieved to announce that our facility sustained only minimal damage during the storm. Power and internet service have been restored, and our team is diligently working to bring the site fully back online. Sadly, many areas in Western North Carolina, including parts of Black Mountain and Swannanoa where Parameter has called home for 47+ years, were significantly affected and will face a long recovery.

In light of this tragedy, we are committed to supporting our community. Parameter Generation and Control pledges to donate 5% of our 2024 profits towards hurricane relief efforts. We invite any individuals or organizations who wish to contribute to contact us; 100% of donations will go directly to those in need in Western North Carolina.

We anticipate resuming operations and being available starting Monday, October 7th. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to ensure a smooth transition back to full service. For urgent matters, please reach out to our customer service team, who will continue to assist as much as possible during this period.

Thank you to everyone who has reached out to check on us and those who have already donated. This is our home, and we are dedicated to helping however we can. Together, we are #WNCstrong.
