PARAMETER OVERHAULS ITS SENSOR EXCHANGE PROGRAM

Parameter is making several changes to its sensor exchange program so we can continue to deliver exceptional products and service at a reasonable price. Highlights of the changes include:

  • A new contractual agreement and one-time deposit.

Truth be told, not all sensors that should have been returned to Parameter made it back safely. That raises our costs, which we must pass along to customers.

To encourage the appropriate return of sensors, we are asking clients who enroll in our exchange program to sign a new contractual agreement and submit a one-time deposit. The deposit will be returned when the contract expires, unless sensors are not returned, in which case the deposit will be forfeited.

As part of the exchange program, we will include a return postage label with every new sensor distributed to make return of the old sensor simpler and easier for you.

  • Customers are urged to return Hygroclip-S probes.

The manufacturer of Hygroclip-S probes is no longer producing the product, and Parameter’s supplies are running low. Soon, we will no longer be able to provide exact replacements for this product.

Now is the time for customers still using Hygroclip-S probes to return them to Parameter. We offer an upgrade — new Hygroclip-2S probes — and would be happy to talk with you about that.
