Parameter 2012 Service and Applications Seminar

Our annual seminar is coming up in May to help Parameter customers better understand how to achieve their exact humidity and temperature parameters and properly maintain their Parameter equipment.

Agenda

Day 1: Thursday, May 17

The first day of the seminar will include presentations on Parameter’s approach to relative humidity and temperature control, plus discussion of calibration techniques, use of RH sensors, use of the SmartPad controller, help with basic troubleshooting, and maintenance requirements and suggestions. The day will be followed by a social hour hosted by Parameter.

Day 2: Friday, May 18

The second day will be a less formal half-day session of hands-on applications with the equipment and a chance for you to ask specific questions on any related topic.

Warranty Extension Details

  • Extends the warranty of equipment purchased in 2011 or 2012 by 12 months (from 12 to 24 months).
  • Other Parameter customers are welcome to attend the seminar, but if their equipment was purchased before 2011, the warranty extension does not apply.
  • Even if you’re not a Parameter customer yet, you’re welcome to attend to learn more about principals of temperature and humidity control and Parameter’s equipment. If you make a purchase decision in 2012, your warranty will be extended to 24 months.
