Each Parameter system comes with free technical support. Should you require technical assistance please call our technical support line at 800-438-5494 or 828-669-8717. Emails sent to service@humiditycontrol.com will be routed to the on-call engineer.
No matter the time of day or night, a Parameter service representative who is knowledgeable with the entire product line will be available to assist you. By asking just a few questions, the service representative can usually identify the problem and propose a solution. If a replacement part is required, most parts are kept in stock – some even covering units built over 40 years ago- and a shipment will be made by the fastest means available.
In those unusual instances where the problem cannot be resolved by phone, a trained Parameter field service representative will be sent to your site without hesitation.
